Tablemouvant was born in 2025 from the minds of two seasoned world travelers, explorers who have roamed the globe in pursuit of the extraordinary.

Their passion lies in uncovering the finest travel experiences: hidden gems, culinary masterpieces, and exclusive destinations that demand expertise and insider knowledge to access. They noticed a gap in the luxury travel space: experiences were either too generic, lacking depth and authenticity, or simply reduced to booking a five-star hotel or the top-rated spot and activity found online.

Drawing from their backgrounds in gastronomy, hospitality, and management consulting, they envisioned something different: a premium travel experience that seamlessly blends the best of culture, gastronomy and discovery. Claire has always been driven by a deep passion for food and travel. After a Masters in Economics, during which she gained hands-on experience in the wine industry, she went on to launch a corporate catering company in Paris, which she successfully led for five years. 

Combining her entrepreneurial background and her globetrotter lifestyle, she envisioned a new kind of travel experience. One that redefines small-group tours by blending exceptional culinary adventures and unique activities with a perfect level of service.

Olivier

Olivier began his career as a consultant for a leading French hospitality group, where he managed the transition of multiple facets of the business, including client relationship strategy.

Pivoting to the health and finance sector during covid, he went on to take the reins of operations at an international tech company. This opportunity opened the door to remote work and allowed to explore new ways of discovering a destination.

This way of life and the observation that something was missing in the travel space sparked a shared vision: to craft seamless, top-tier journeys that offers the very best in food and experiences each destination has to offer.
