Tablemouvant seeks to provide its guests with the very best, always keeping in mind that a journey must be authentic and make one feel the true essence of a place, its culture, its people, and of course its gastronomy. In this pursuit of perfection, we recently set out to discover what the world's n°1 restaurant has to offer.

Tablemouvant seeks to provide its guests with the very best, always keeping in mind that a journey must be authentic and make one feel the true essence of a place, its culture, its people, and of course its gastronomy. In this pursuit of perfection, we recently set out to discover what the world's n°1 restaurant has to offer.

Disfrutar, a three-star Michelin restaurant in Barcelona, currently sits at the very top of the world's 50 best restaurant list, a title that left our team curious. We had to see and experience what was currently considered to be the best restaurant experience in the world in order to have a clear idea of what our guests can enjoy outside of our journeys.

Our team traveled to Barcelona and had the pleasure of dining at the famous restaurant, where no fewer than 28 dishes are served. While this number might seem excessive, none of us felt overwhelmed, as the delicacy of each creation leaves you perfectly ready to enjoy the next surprise. Disfrutar masters the art of trompe-l'oeil, plays with textures and adds just enough chemistry tricks to impress all your senses.

If you are planning a visit to Disfrutar, we recommend asking to be seated in the white room of the restaurant, as we felt that the bright setting of this area allow for a perfect visualization of each dish.
Our team left the restaurant full of ideas and amazed by what the number one restaurant in the world had to offer. The title is truly well deserved.

April 10th, 2025 - Our first 2025 French Vineyards tour dates are out

After exploring Burgundy, Bordeaux, and the Loire valley in depth, our team has carefully selected the properties and the experts that will be part of our French Vineyards tour for 2025.

Starting on August 22nd, the tour will include privatized castles and mansions, providing you with the very best of each region.

We are thrilled to have finalized the schedule of activities, prepared a combination of private visits, winetastings and have even added a special touch to some activities that will make them truly unique.

Our chef for this tour has also finetuned the different menus that will be prepared throughout the trip and we are looking forward to sharing with you the amazing creations she has brought to life.

Always looking to enhance our tours, we are constantly on the lookout for anything new that can pop up in every region that we visit, and we will be visiting each of the tour's regions again before this Summer to make sure that we get the latest feel of the area. It's always a pleasure to meet our local partners, share our ideas and build new experiences together.

March 1st, 2025 - Tablemouvant comes to life

After months of travelling and after having stayed in some of the most wonderful properties around the world, the idea came to create a service that would allow travelers to experience the very best the world has to offer.

While it is relatively easy to book a hotel room nowadays and check online all the potential activities and visits one place has to offer, we realized that something was missing in the travel space: the chance to experience the luxury and true history of an area, without compromising on comfort.

After months of travelling and after having stayed in some of the most wonderful properties around the world, the idea came to create a service that would allow travelers to experience the very best the world has to offer.

While it is relatively easy to book a hotel room nowadays and check online all the potential activities and visits one place has to offer, we realized that something was missing in the travel space: the chance to experience the luxury and true history of an area, without compromising on comfort.

We also noticed how difficult it can be to get a full sense of the local gastronomy, firstly because some of the most authentic places don't need and often don't want to promote their business online, and also because the combination and succession of restaurants and private chefs we experienced missed a crucial point during a multiday holiday: harmony.  After experiencing a tasting menu at a restaurant, it’s not always easy to find the delicate balance of a simple yet refined breakfast, one that continues the gastronomic journey while offering a moment of rest after a rich evening meal.

Finally, we realized that a lot of travelers very often miss the opportunity of discovering a lot more during their trip as transportation and specifically the efficiency of transportation during their holiday rarely allows for a seamless and extended experience, leading to guests generally choosing a few easy to reach places and slowly visiting from there.

From all these observations, the idea of Tablemouvant was born, with the goal of providing the ultimate travel experience: a seamless journey through various regions with effortless transitions, including the best of local gastronomy, private visits and unique activities. A chef, a chauffeur and a butler traveling with small groups of guests would allow to privatize the most wonderful castles and mansions around the world, and bring the highest level of service, personalized for each guest.
